The PSC-600 programmable sweep controller for e-Guns™ provides flexible control in deposition processes. The microprocessor-based controller is equipped with preset programs that make process set-up easy on virtually any e-Gun source. The wireless remote control can be enhanced with the optional extended remote IR port, which allows convenient control of vital functions at the vacuum system regardless of controller location. The controller can be used as a direct replacement or upgrade for most electron beam evaporation systems.
