The YMC synchronous motor controller powers fixed rpm (usually 72 rpm) instrument
motors. These motors instantly stop and have 3.6° resolution. The hand
controller is actuated by an up/down rocker switch. Users find this controller
an excellent alternative to remote control without the equipment involved
with stepping motor systems.
