The EMC Series XYZ manipulator is the new workhorse of Thermionics' manipulator line. This general purpose XYZ positioner can be customized to fit a broad range of applications. The EMC provides high precision and stability at a great price.

- Stainless steel only material exposed to vacuum
- Maximum bakeout temperature: 200°C
