Ceramic-to-Metal Adapters
TLI ceramic-to-metal adapters
for high and ultra-high vacuum system applications requiring high voltage
insulation. Supplied with one rotatable and one non-rotatable metal seal
flange for easy installation. Bakeable to 450°C. Feature high reliability,
leak tight at 1 x 10-10 atm cc/sec helium. Maximum voltage ratings
as noted in the tables below.
