Capable of operating at 10-8 Torr, quick caps can serve many applications when time and convenience are critical. Only stainless steel is exposed to the vacuum, for excellent UHV vacuum compatibility. The seal is a spring-loaded Viton® O-ring which seals against the port's ConFlat® knife-edge detail. Sizes are available from 1.33" to 8".
